Ok, now that i have rooted...how do i get rid of all the BS that is on my phone that is totaly useless to me....like Twitter, visual VM...etc...

The easiest (and safest) is Titanium Backup's "freeze" feature. It allows you to easy enable and disable system apps, and keep track of them easily.

You can also just use something like Root Explorer, or the Terminal app to rename/delete the APKs typically located in /system/app.

Is there an online manual or tutorial on TiBU? I would like to use it to its full potential but have no idea how. All I do now is batch backup/restore with it.
