Hi
Still haven't pulled the trigger on an Eris (Droid is out for me). I thought the forum is a great place to learn and share. Hope to make a decision soon.

Go with the Eris. It is a good android phone. It doesn't come with 2.0 OS, but the HTC Sense UI is, IMO, a decent trade-off.
 
Probably shouldn't be looking, (makes one more confused) but I have been one of those watching the Passion posts which is why I haven't made the trip to the Verizon store yet.
