I want to root so I can use the wireless tethering...
Should I just use the z4root apps to root and unroot? (My phone is still in v2.3.15; can I still get the future OTA update and potentially to gingerbread after rooting? Do I need to unroot first?)
What's the different between the z4root's temporary root and permanent root?
Rooting does void warranty, right?
My friend mentioned something on SBF restores or something. What is that?
Anything I should do (like backup) before rooting??
