Root Just went to install a new rom and got device is full? Help!

i was installing the incredibly re-engineered rom and this came up while installing

i just got a error that said no space left on device..wth does that mean! it says
E: no space left on device
E: error writing BOOT
E: Failure at line 270

ive installed many roms before but never got this =\

I've been getting that forever and 9 out of ten times it installs just fine anyway. I've searched and searched and never found the issue.

you need HBOOT 92... itll give you more room for boot.

what is your hboot version... and what version of clockwork recovery are you using?
