K-9 Email

Hi, I believe that the K9 Mail app was the best around. I installed it on my Samsung Galaxy s2. However the mails it fetches are about 1 year old. I have been struggling to get the application to fetch the last 30 mails..

Can any one help pls.:confused::confused:

thanks.

I have some messages that I deleted from my inbox that I would like to move back from the trash folder. I've located the procedure to selecting the files, and there is an option under "batch operations" to move or copy selected files, but I have been unable to figure out how to identify the target folder for the move. Any help??

Apparently it won't work for pop3 accounts. I set up a. IMAP account and when you select and pick a move option a screen pops up for you to select the target folder.

hi

when I get an email and I want to save the sender's address, how on earth do I do that? probably right to the contacts-"app" so I can chose to add the email-address to an existing phone number entry... But if only k9 remembers the address that'll do it as well.

Thanks

I use Kaiten Mail, which is the paid version of K9. When an email message is open, if I tap on the sender's name, an Add contact bubble opens, and I am given the option to Add the sender to my contacts. Maybe you have this option with K9?
