Root Kangerade 1.1 Maps Problem - Data Connection Lost! HALP!

So I recently rooted my phone and switched to the Kangerade 1.1 rom running a chevy kernel.

I pretty much have no issues EXCEPT for the fact that maps wont function unless I am on wifi. Once I am using 3g I just get data connection lost, and then it loops....I am using version 4.3 of maps, my wife's phone is also rooted with kangerade using a p3 kernel but with maps 4.2 and she gets the same results.


Any ideas?

did you try to reinstall maps? I running 1.1 and using maps with no problem.

I've seen multiple posts on this from folks running different ROMs...this does not appear to be a ROM-specific issue, maybe more likely a problem w/Google's servers.

They were working fine yesterday, so are the posts you see from today? And yes I did try reinstalling maps...but still no luck...
