Root KaosFroyo v30 and Launcherpro???

Anyone have this combination?? It felt like with the adw it was laggy. Is there something i should change in the settings while using launcherpro? or adw? Such as the speed of flicking the homescreens, maybe theres a good set up of settings to go by? Thanks!
 
I've been using Lp longer than I have KF and (probably for that reason; it's what I am used to) I'm not a huge fan of ADW. I have another thread here in which I detail my settings, but they are pretty stock. I have the speed of the app drawer up to 10, because I want that instantly.
