Is there a way to reset the menu key to unlock the screen? My phone used to do this - now the only option is the slider after you hit the power button.

I actually prefer that it not do this, but I think that is a CyanogenMod setting.

Settings->CyaogenMod settings->Input settings

(Note: I'm running CELB right now, which has this setting [and it works], but I'd check KF for the same.)

Just go Settings>CyanogenMod Settings>Input Settings>Menu Unlock.
