keep getting error when buying an app

i get as far as putting in my cc info and then when it tries to save the info the error occurs any1 have this problem?

bump! i wanna customize my damn phone and it still wont let me buy the damn apps.. if this shit continues i am gonna have to steal the damn programs through the interwebz!
