Help Keep screen from turning on when plugging in.

Is there anyone that knows how to keep a screen from turning on when the Evo is plugged in. I am going to be using a solar charger and there are times when the sun fades a bit the and the phone thinks it is being plugged in again and the screen keeps coming on. I can see this a potential battery drain. I have not been able to figure out how to do this using tasker.

It bugs me also. I'd like the screen to stay off when I plug it in.
I'm just replying so I can be notified of any advise on this subject.
