Root Keep showing greed light, won't get charged AT ALL

I have a problem with my HTC desire after I installed MIUI_Au yesterday.

Problem is whenever I charge the phone with socket charger or USB through computer the phone is not being charged AT ALL and the led light is green.

When I switched off the phone and charge with socket charger it gets charged properly with orange led and the led turns green when it is fully 100% charged.

I have tried battery wipe reset, battery calibration and re-flashed but no change.

Any idea how to fix this??

MIUI_Au GB 2.1.10 stable version

I have read through many posts but don't quite understand the difference between A2SD version and D2EXT X-PARTED version.

I have partitioned my SD card (1 gb for EXT3) and would like to save lots of space in my phone as much as possible as I have loads of games.

Can you recommend me which version would be suitable for me
