Keeping my MT for 4 years?

Austrie, as for a 'real Motorola', I've never had a Motorola so you know better than me, I do agree the phone's feature-less exterior could be a giveaway to lower grade internals. However I've watched many youtube reviews of many cell phone brands and even high end phones have issues.
I know every phone has issues, but it's what kind of issues, most importantly, the quality, and power/performance.
Make sure your looking at 2011 phones and NOT 2010. Unless your looking for cheap, probably late 2010 early 2011.

2 yr = $1090 ($45.41/mth... -19% from 1 yr cost)
3 yr = $1510 ($41.94/mth... -25% from 1 yr cost)
4 yr = $1930 ($40.20/mth... -28% from 1 yr cost)

Where are you getting those prices?

I paid $300 for the phone,. I pay $25 a month.

Year 1: $600 ($300 for the phone, $300 for service)
Year 2 to infinity: $300 for service.

I will be rocking my MT until it blows up. I had my old WM 6 phone for 7 or so years before I got this one.

Compare Virgin Mobile to Spring (VM's network) for the closest comparison.

VM $25 BT plan
$150 MT (Thank you Cyber Monday!)
1 yr @ 26.78 (darn tax) = $321
2 yr = $642
3 yr = $963
4 yr = $1284

$1284 + $150 for phone = $1434

Sprint "everything data" plan, unlimited message, unlimited date, 450 minutes.
$200 mid-level phone
$69.99 / mo + tax (~20%) = $83.98

1 yr = 1007.96

Do I need to go on? :)

P.S. 4 yrs = $4231. Yes, I can deal with a generation old phone to save that kind of cheese!
