My dad's phone is currently rooted on EA28. His phone is constantly prompting him to download the update. I want to help him get rid of it and help him keep his root access.
I've tried searching this board for more information pertaining to this patch and checked the FAQ. However, there isn't any additional information related to that.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I actually considered flashing Cyanogenmod on his phone, but there isn't much information on that either (as in what works and what doesn't).
I come from the Droid X board and I have an idea of how to most of the rooting stuff... so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
