Ok, new to the forums, been using advice on them since i got my new xt720. Lately, when i plug my phone into my laptop, it automatically switches over to memory card access. When i try to switch back over to portal & tools, it stays on it for a minute and then switches back over to memory card every time. Every once in a while, when i switch it, the phone will tell me that moto phone portal has stopped working, even when i'm on it and it's working fine. It just started doing this out of nowhere. Jw if anyone has any suggestions about fixing this?? Any help would be appreciated. thx
