KeepSafe INTERNAL memory?

I had a Droid RAZR which randomly died of low battery and wouldn't take a charge or turn back on. I sent it back to Motorola, and I was using an old HTC phone in the meantime. I was smart enough to take out my SD card. Now, I re-downloaded the KeepSafe app where my photos were hidden and was under the impression they were saved to my SD card. I was unable to recover them when I re-installed the app and the photos were not in my gallery. I plugged my phone in VIA usb and was unable to find them as well. I researched and found that of course, they were saved to the phone's internal memory. At this point I had no hope left as I figured they were sending me a new phone. However, they just fixed my old one and sent it back. But when I reinstalled all my apps (including keepsafe) the photos are still not there. I went into "my files" and couldn't find them either.. I'm trying different "backup" apps but they all seem to be junk. If someone could PLEASE help me recover those lost photos I'd appreciate it a lot!!

Hi ericaaltieri :hello: Welcome to AF.

Try Recuva. I've seen people have very good luck recovering files on their phone and other devices with it. If they didn't wipe everything out when they fixed your phone, Recuva should find them.
