hi i have a galaxy s vibrant it is missing the applications icon at the bottom of the home page is there any way to get it back? please help and forgive me this is my first post. thanks carrier is t-mobile

Hey there and welcome to android forums!

Can you get into your settings menu?

If you can, go into the app manager menu, select the all apps tab, navigate to twlauncher and select clear data

in the all apps tab the is an icon for launcher but no twlauncher in launcher i cleared the data but i still don't have the applications icon.

If your open to using another launcher, you could try out nova or apex for now.

I know a factory reset would fix it but I doubt you'd be willing to do that.

ok is it possible to get the original messaging icon back its really the one that i need the most when i try to send a text message i get sorry! The application phone (process com.sec.android.app.dialertab) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again. Force close
