Root [Kernel] Basic kernel that supports usb tether | Droid Incredible

I tried it, seems to work well although I have only been running it for 5 minutes. One good thing I noticed is System Panel reports my CPU clocking down to 245 at idle again. It would only go down to about 600 with the stock kernel.
This is on frankenrom b5 btw...
 
Yeah, thats the conservative governor doing its job.

I think the .32 kernel tweaked ondemand, and it ends up on higher speeds more often than lower.
 
Yeah the only side effect that I have noticed is if you let the phone sit idle for a few seconds like when your reading a webpage when you try to scroll the first quarter second or so the phone is noticeably slower, but then the CPU clocks up and its fine. I'm still trying to figure out if I get better battery life with this one. I'll post tonight with my very unscientific findings...
