Root Kernel Compatibility Issues

Does anyone know if froyo kernels are compatible with gingerbread? I just flashed random's GB Rom and absolutely love it...only to find out that I type too fast for the keyboard to keep up.

Im wanting to flash a froyo kernel so I can apply the speed demon tweak once again. Wanted to make sure it was actually do-able first though

Sorry man, totally not compatible. There are only one or two kernels available for the gb leaks, and to my knowledge no keyboard fix. That is the only reason why i am not on one as my dd.

thanks for the info. Im loving random's GB ROM but its pissing me off that i notice half of the letters from 2/3 of my message are missing after i send it lol. I may have to revert back until there is a tweak
