i have incredikernel installed and was wondering if i would need to do a restore first before trying to install a different kernel OR can i just flash a new custom kernel on top of it.
Flash a new kernel over it, do a nandroid first, or make sure you have a good backup to use just in case you have problems. Some people recommend wiping the dalvik cache first.
