Is this compatible with the latest ZVC software update?

EDIT: Crap, my phone won't boot after the flash; stuck at the LG screen. Do you need to wipe cache? I guess I have to do a restore now :(

Back up and running again with the software and data I had before the flash. Thank goodness for backup/restore feature of CWM. I still want to try this out to see what improvements are in the kernel; I want to try out SetCpu to see if I can overclock if the kernel allows for it.

For Boost users, you can flash the old stock recovery I have in my thread. It will keep the radio but puts the S/W version back at ZV3. Then flash this kernel.then factory reset, then fix permissions. It will boot fine then.

Are you saying this doesn't currently work on a Custom ROM, only Stock?

I am saying I could only get it to boot that way. But we will have to wait on Blood to find out if he included the update while making his kernel or if the boot image even affects it

Oh Ok. Yeah I will be waiting to flash this after I know for sure. Either way excited to see what Bloodawn has done! Have heard Many Many good things about Blood's work!

A kernel is.exactly what I been waiting for Sadly have to report.that on all stock roms updated and non updated I never seen hyper kernel in the about phone setting I tried wipe and non wipe of.cash never had a boot problem either way

Ok wiping cache and fixing permissions on the new monster rom works like a charm. And he didn't rename the build. Power the phone off normally. Then power on and you will see his hyper kernel boot then your normal bootani

Was able to flash on Marky Beats v1.2 beta

you won't see the hyper kernel logo unless the phone is turned on while charging. LG has the main logo hidden somewhere so I can't change it yet.
