Did u wipe both ur cache and ur dalvik-cache before flashing? There's always the possibility of ur not not liking any of the 2, when it comes to Kernels is pretty simple they either or not. Have u tried any other Kernel. How far r u pushing ur CPU.

Reboot into recovery and in RA's recovery there is a selection that says "Wipe" select that with your power button and then it takes you to another menu where you will see selections for cache and dalvik.

thanks dont got RA but i think i figured it out when installing a new ROM .. thanks by the way
