Root Kernel List for Incredible

So I was searching for a compact list of kernels and I didn't find anything here, but I did find this over on xda. It dates back to early December, but nevertheless could still be useful.

Anyone have KingKernel #6? King's Kernel's are all gone, no way to download them.
