Root [Kernel] Power Kernel by Mobstergunz

How exactly does this improve the camera quality? HQ Camera already records at less JPG compression, so what would this kernel do, say, combined with the HQ Camera mod? Technical details appreciated.

I believe this has HTC Image Sense from Sense 4.0 but i can't confirm it hence why its not listed as a feature

It can be worked around if someone has a picture of you. In jelly bean, they have it now so that you have to blink when it says to before it will unlock the phone.

Not to unlock phone, I mean in camera, was pointing at tv and noticed a square around persons face
...
Usually use 3d was playing with 2d and noticed this, has that always been there, I don't use cam to often

So quadrant definitely jumps around, if I do a random one it'll either be around 2400 or 2800, if I do a series it seems to be consistently high 2700"s or above, haven't been able to get the 3002 I got this morning again, but have gotten numerous 2950"s and higher, avg daily use is going smoothly tho, nothing hindered that I've come across, will play some more:D

Am I the only one who didn't get good results? First is meanRom stock kernel. Second is meanRom mobster kernel.

edit: ok, definitely fluctuates because I ran it again and got 2860

Since installing this kernel, I am getting an "Android is upgrading..." dialog every time I reboot my phone. Immediately after my boot animations, that message pops up for about 7 or 8 seconds. I imagine this is normal for the first boot after installing a new kernel, but I think it should have gone away for subsequent reboots.

Is anyone else seeing this issue? I am on Mobster rom 1.0.6

I have seen this across multiple ROMs.

I don't get that up grade message, just once after flashing a Rom, but regular reboots don't give me that

"Android is upgrading" simply means that your dalvik and cache was cleared. This happens every time those two caches are cleared, like when you first install a new kernel and clear them, which is customary. That shouldnt be happening on every boot though
