its something on the zx3d or whatever its called rom..happens every time
 
Same govs as stock... I dnt c or feel a difference... Mayb it didn't properly install... Who knows??? because we sure as hell aren't getting answers...
 
I flashed using flash image gui. Seems faster but then again there really is no way to tell if it actually worked
 
Source wasn't released yet so I can't add governers, schedulers, or overclock without breaking something..... But I can improve kernels like I did with this one

Anthrax is a hybrid kernel between Evo 3D 2.3 Source and CM9 4.0.4 Source that's why theres No 3D, 4G, USB Mass Storage, ect......

I can guarantee you this kernel makes the improvements listed in the OP just compare it to the Stock kernel....... Camera Quality is better, Asphalt 6 or any other game's Audio doesn't sound choppy like it did with stock, and I have yet to see one Lag while using Power Kernel

I don't think I flashed it right.

I have S-ON and I just flashed the zip through 4ext.

Aren't I supposed to do something else?

What are the exact steps to installing a kernel with S-ON?
 
You gotta extract the boot.img from the zip then select "flash boot image" in 4EXT in the recovery menu then find the boot.img you extracted then select it.

anthrax oc kernel does have working 4g..but many many other problems..i used it for a while but my phone started random rebooting all the time
 
You're not paying just to flash a kernel. You're paying for someone's dedicated work that happens to work really well.

I tried it out and thought $3 was justified. I have no regrets.

No rooting is essential to rooting. Flashing a kernel is essential to flashing a kernel but requires rooting. So rooting is essential to kernel flashing but not the other way around.

You want free go get s off. It's not like 4 ext is the only way to flash a kernel.

That's what I meant.

I don't feel like S-OFFing, nor do I feel like flashing another recovery.
