Root Kernel Problems..

So I have a Gingerbread ROM installed on my phone but I just installed a Ziggy Kernel that was from May I believe so idk if it wasn't compatible with GB or something but now once my phone loads up, it's extremely laggy when I hit the unlock button and it stays on a blank screen with the notification bar showing on top. I can't go back into Recovery to flash another kernel through HBOOT because I didn't delete my P05IMG and the phone is on Charge Only so I can't delete it from the computer.. I'm not relaly sure what to do at this point. Help anyone?

Can you put the SD card in an adapter and then into a computer? If so you can delete the zip and boot into recovery. Or do you have another SD card that you can use? Put your new kernel of choice on the other SD and put it in the phone.

You will need to find a way to get the kernel onto SD card unless the other SD card you have has one already on it or nandroid files on it, if you have an older phone or device to connect to wifi you should be able to get the kernel downloaded.
