Interesting, because I was seeing the exact opposite. I went back to the 3-21 nightly because everything since seemed to be laggy and jittery.FWIW, the latest CM10.1 nightlies are running real smooth for me and much improved battery life over M2 thanks to TDMs WiFi commits

This kernel (1.3) does seem to improve battery life, though I've had a few reboots after I first loaded it.
Will we ever see an update to this kernel? (working bluetooth)

Not trying to rush or anything but have you looked into the update?
Not yet. Later this week.
Is your kernel source on thebigq pretty up to date?
Oh and in case you aren't aware lg released jb for the su640 and lu6200. Kernel sources are in progress. Additionally there is a hacked up 3.4 kernel for the nitro that looks promising. Not sure what cm plans are but it looks like a new kernel is on the way. I'm hopeful this will resolve some instability issues.
Tried to get this to work but every time I got a BSOD at boot time after flash.
Tried clearing cache and dalvik 3 times then flash and reboot, tried reboot after BSOD, perhaps bad flash...tried clearing cache and dalvik 3 times and reflash, same result, tried battery pull reboot same result, tried version 1.3 QCC cache dalvik 3 (etc) same result....I flashed again and flashed the 20130325 gapps same result.....ugh
Now....I did flash the CM Tweaked v35 kernel before this one and it works when I come back to it. But for the life of me, I can't get this one to work.
Can't wait till there is another version with BT fixes and maybe I will just blow the whole thing out and then reflash CM10.1 latest nightly and 20130325 gapps and latest quattrimus kernel....
This should work with the latest 4.2 ROMs:

Still 3.0.8. I haven't had time to get the 3.4 kernel running yet. I'll probably just wait for the official sources since they should be about a week away.
