[KERNEL][REPACK] GA10 with AGAT tREC_v0.3.2 recovery

This is a link to the post of the repack with recovery of the GA10 kernel. It is not perfect and is at the same level that the one for FL16 is. Do read up on flashing and using it BEFORE using it, to avoid issues that will give you headaches.
