Root Kernel Tuner Problem

I'm on midnight rom with anthrax kernel and CPU1 never stays off. I turn it off, and I task kill, BUT I leave the tuner and supersu unticked and it turns my cores back on? Anyone know how to fix this?

Updated it, same issue..

After you disabled the core do you close the program, te-open it, check that your settings stuck and then have the program restore the settings on boot? Also if you don't mind me asking, why are you task killing with ICS? Unlike Windows, Android is designed to keep items in memory when you're done and only kill processes as required. Really is no need or benefits to the phone having unused ram. Unused = wasted.

Seems like when I have 127mb of ram left phone gets buggy.. So don't task kill?

I certainly wouldn't, that's plenty of ram that isn't being used, well over 10% in reserve. If it's lagging it's much more likely that your overloading the cpu, definitely not memory related.
