Help kewboard in motorola defy+

i have a motorola defy+ phone and i have a keboard issue.
i have multi touch kewboard as defualt an its graet but it has no hebrew which i need.
so i downloaded other kewboard like a.i.type keboard and multiling kewboard and if i dont put one of those kewboard in use and if im not writing somthing with it after 5 min its changeing to the multi touch kewboard.

how can i fix it?

PD: I have a Cyanogenmod ROM, so the menus are little distinct. Furthermore I have spanish configurations. But basicallly those menus have to exists.
