Help Keyboard Cursor Keys Missing

My Desire HD has failed and been replaced by a Sensation XE. As far as I can remember both are on Android 3.2 but the cursor keys are missing from the XE keyboard.

Is it possible to re-enable these please as it's impossible to position the cursor without them? I'm getting pretty fed up already with having to delete half a text message just to correct a mistake by the auto correct that I hadn't noticed, then having to re-correct the rest of the message as I type it back in.

With the SXE the only way you can get the cursor key back into your text is totouch the screen where the text is. this brings up a 'moveable' slide cursor, this can then be moved to the point at which you want to change something, then delete or add text as required. I wanted the old method back, that was until I got used to this method, as I'm sure you will too.

The Market app 'SmartKeyboard Pro' has this 4 cursor keys, but you have to go to the keyboard's third level.

So, like firedesire, I got used to Sensation's method of cursor :D
