Help Keyboard Disappears!

Sometimes when attempting to type the keyboard shows briefly but then disappears. Very annoying. So what causes this & what's the solution? Thank you.

More information is needed on your question. What app are you using when the issue occurs? What did you do? What happened?

It occurs when I'm entering data (such as personal info on an application for a credit card, or making an online purchase for 2 examples). I have a full screen without the keyboard, the keyboard then shows @ the pt. where I'm required to enter data, but quickly disappears making it impossible to apply for the CC or complete the purchase online.
 
I was getting a similar thing happening, not necessarily when I was filling out a cc application or buying something on-line, but in general when I would just be trying to type something. I was using the paid version of Swype. I decided to give the Google keyboard a try and haven't had any problems like that since.
 
This keeps happening to me and I use SwiftKey. I read in one of the other forums though that low ram may be a cause as well as Task Managers & /or Anti virus. I have got Clean Manager on my phone so wondering if that's not helping and needs to free up space anyhow.

Another problem is keyboard responsiveness and touch screen responsiveness whilst connected to the mains and charging. Any ideas on either count?

Would Clean Master be causing a problem???
 
Do you have NFC turned on by any chance? And do you happen to have your phone in a case, maybe one you can close?
I notice the following odd behavior:
Samsung Galaxy Note 5, stock/no root, Verizon.
When NFC is on, and the phone is in my Verus portfolio case (credit cards on one side) and I put the cover part toward the back on the phone, my keyboard too vanishes. This is true whether it's Samsung's own keyboard or Swift Keyboard. Restarts didn't fix this.
Once I turned NFC off, the issue disappeared. To test this, I turned NFC on and off, and sure enough, with NFC on, the keyboard disappeared.
So...turn NFC off and see if that helps.
