How do I get the GS2 to auto capitalize the letter i when used in a sentence by itself? I have this checked int he settings. Am I missing something?

If it's the beginning of the sentence it will do it by itself, if you however want a capital for a word mid sentence swype your finger to the top of the keyboard and you will get a capital.
I assume you're using swype. If not, the white arrow next to "z".
