Help keyboard issue!

I messed up bad! I have an awesome after market keyboard called perfect.keyboard installed. Well i clicked on set up on my phone to mess around. It popped up the old.keyboard when it was showing me how to use it. Now im stuck.with this piece of crap default keyboard. I already unchecked and rechecked perfect keyboard. Reinstalled perfect keyboard. No luck at all. Im going on my.last nerve with this keyboar. Need help fast. Sorry for random periods....thank the dumb keyboard.

When typing/texting if you long press in the text field (where you type) and choose input method you should be able to choose any other keyboard you have installed. (as long as it is checked under the language & keyboard menu)

I found this "perfect keyboard" at market as free version and as payed version (about $2.50). Is there a big difference? Should I get the free version? I've been using stock keyboard since I got the phone, about 2 weeks ago.
