Returned my original vivid. The original had ics arleady on it and had the keyboard with the arrow keys on the bottom, now it's gone with the new one. Can't find one that's like it. Any help appreciated.

Open a text and bring up keyboard.Hit the EN button then select settings.Select keyboard types and change it to standard or whichever one your looking for.
This is the only way Ive found to get the the keyboard setting to change the keyboard types.
