Help Keyboard Issue

I just got my Nexus 4 today. The keyboard will not recognize anything when I press on the "o" "k" and "m" letters on the right side of the keyboard in portrait mode. I have tried using Swiftkey instead of the Android keyboard with no success. Any suggestions?

Is it a dead part of the screen? Note the area on the screen, exit the keyboard, and try to touch something located in that area.

I tried that and the screen seemed fine. I called Google support and they are going to replace the phone for me. The call took just a couple of minutes and there was no hassle

Did u try a factory reset?

Yep - that didn't help. Just going to wait for my replacement.....
