Help Keyboard Problems

G-Fulm

Lurker
Hey guys,

So i have had the droid since it has been out, and its been great, but now i have an issue with the on screen keyboard when it is in portrait mode.

I cant seem to hit any buttons on the 2nd row form the bottom. the row with the caps, zxcvbnm and del keys.

It either gives me letters from the row above or below.

Any ideas? Is it possible to recalibrate the touch screen or something???

Thanks.

You know, we used to calibrate our Palms for the stylus, but I've not seen any calibration on the Droid. I've learned to adjust slightly by touching a bit higher than what I'm after, but I just assumed it liked that part of my thumb! You'd think there'd be a calibration utility.

I just started having the same problem. Different letters and keys though. This is the first major glitch have had with my Moto Droid 1 since December 2009 when I got it. Shoot!
