Keyboard still lags on 3.1

Yes..there's still keyboard lag especially when typing on forum with a lot of advertisement

When I try to set Hacker's keyboard as my input method, there is warning pop up saying that Hacker's keyboard might steal my data & password

The Permissions on the MArket List:

This application has access to the following:

• Hardware controls record audio
  Allows application to access the audio record path.
• Your personal information read user defined dictionary
  Allows an application to read any private words, names and phrases that the user may have stored in the user dictionary.
  read contact data
  Allows an application to read all of the contact (address) data stored on your device. Malicious applications can use this to send your data to other people.

It has to access Dictionary, Contacts not sure sure why, but I have used it for a long time and no issues.
