Are you sure you turned the feedback off in the correct keyboard settings, theres one for each keyboard rather than an overarching setting

how do I do it for the HTC IME mod then? I did it in the touch input one, which I assume isnt correct, but couldnt figure out how to do it for the IME mod one

On mine in language and keyboard there is an option under the tick box.to enable HTC_IME mod of the same name which states its the settings for it

yea, have gone in there, but cant seem to figure out how to turn it off, nothing I'm doing seems to work? Which is it?

ah thanks, got it now, does it actually save that much on battery though?

haha. I suppose its relative to how much typing you do. But if you think about it, vibration is a cam on a motor spinning around off-centre to cause the movement, so it probably uses a fair bit of battery.
