Help Keypad Dialer

Hi Guys,

Just picked up and S2 and very impressed so far. I have been exploring the phone and playing with settings etc and have seemed to turn off/remove keypad dialer options in my calls area? So basically atm all i can do is call people in my contacts list.

What setting do i have to change to return keypad dialer?

Thanks
Aaron

There are a lot of things not to like about Apple and I haven't regretted swapping my iPhone for an SGS2 for a minute, but this sort of UI nonsense is a good illustration of why Apple has been so successful. There should be something to indicate that you can scroll the toolbar.

This is at least the third time I have seen this question asked here and it caught me out too.

My SGS2 is great. I can play games, record and watch full HD video, listen to my music, navigate, take photos, browse the web etc. If only I could use it to make phone calls...:).

PS I have only just noticed, having had this phone for a month, that there is a tiny glowing effect to indicate that there are further options (in the case of the phone either the keypad to the left or groups to the right) on that side of the screen. It's so striking that it has taken me four weeks even to notice it's there. I even complained about the absence of such an indication in a post a couple of weeks ago and no-one pointed this out so a lot of other people clearly haven't noticed either.
