Help Keypad not working

When I call Voicemail, I try to enter my password in, and the keypad responds to my touch, but whatever I enter does not register. Can someone help me, please?

All right, I fixed the issue by removing my battery from my phone, placing it back in the phone and turning it on. Thank you.
