Hello, all. I'm new to the smartphone scene, so when I was told I was getting a Hero from Sprint, I immediately started hunting down the tools I'd need to run it without glitching too much. And so I found this forum and have been living on it for the past few weeks to prepare myself for the Hero. Sadly, all that ounce of prevention stuff hasn't solved all of my issues, and I still need to ask questions. But on the bright side again, this means I get to join your lovely community and do more than simply raid your forums!

Hello and welcome. I too am a first-time smart-phone owner. I learn by doing and making mistakes but it never hurts to ask for advice and wisdom.
