Help Kies! ACCCCCCK!

I had kies 2. updated to 2.6. Kies 2.6 doesn't recognize phone, so had to update to 3. 3 connects, but no music, pics NOTHING!

My memory is nearly full with photos and music and I want to change some music! 3 doesn't 'see' them.

I uninstalled all kies programs.

Is there a way to fix this or is there an alternative program?
 
If you read most of my posts you will find that I am a great fan of Kies (NOT!), I wish all their software writers a large dose of Piles, the program is nothing but a pain in the ar@e to everyone else! :stupid: Phil
