Help Kies Air and Allshare Compatibility

[daza110]

I cannot download either of these from the play store, yet when I check compatibility they all say compatible with Gingerbread OS. Which I have.. Now im confused as to why I cannot download them.

Can anyone shed some light?

Did you try updating your KIES on your computer? When I updated mine, it automatically installed Kies Air.

I have KiesAir on my laptop but not on my phone, I cannot download from the play store on my phone as It says this device in not compatible.

Do you have KiesAir on your phone then? And is your Firmware version:

PDA:LA2 / PHONE:LA2 / CSC:LA2 (EXU)

I assume you go have the same phone as me Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360
