Help Kies Air on mac

Hi. I'm trying to connect my phone to my macbook using Kies Air but it can't seem to find my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that this is a problem with the version of Java installed. This worked fine on my Linux and Windows 7 laptops but not my Mac. It's pretty annoying but Kies sucks anyway so you're not losing much :-(.

If you only want to copy things across, mounting the drives as external USB drives works better anyway.
