Kies Air

I recently backed up all data on my phone using Kies Air bucause i was sending my galaxy s2 to the shop i baught it from for repair.When it got back ,i connected it to kies air to recover my old data but nothing in coming up.

How can i do it?please help.

I have heard that most phones that are sent-in for repair pretty-much get factory reset right away as part of their process . So, that might explain what happened to your data...

I read about one user that took great pains to attach a note to his phone asking that not be done since his problem was clearly hardware-related and not software-related.

Anyway, sorry you lost data but glad you signed-up with us here at AF.
