Help Kies connection help please?

Every time I try and connect it shows the phone I'm trying to connect (galaxy s2) on the top left and and then shows 2 pictures of my phone in the main box saying the phone is locked please unlock it any ideas.

Or even pointed in the right direction? I know it's been covered but my issue is slightly different.

Probably means make sure your keylock is not on and that screen is active. Disable it for a short period and try that if you have one set.
