Help Kies not working

Any idea why Kies is now telling me that my tab 2 isn't supported. I'm trying to update the firmware.

Could be a dodgy USB cable - try a different one.

Any idea why Kies is now telling me that my tab 2 isn't supported. I'm trying to update the firmware.

Kies works fine for Backup and file transfer, but I also get a silly message that the GT-P5100 does not support firmware updating through Kies
