Help Kies update problem

I have tried updating Kies , but i keep message in the pic below, if i click retry it downloads for another minute or so then the message pops up again, so after 50 retry s i normally give up.

EDIT : Any why when the download gets to 100% does it keep going, and going and going, STUPID SAMSUNG SOFTWARE

So does anybody else have this problem, I have totaly wiped kies and re-installed but i still get the update request as soon as i start kies and the update runs fine, and downloads but then i get the stupid "internet is not connected message"

I do too. I Use a computer with Windows 7 and just purchased a Galaxy Tab. Would also be interersted in a fix for this.

Having same problem for me too I'm using Samsung Ace

I have the same exact problem.
I have solved by deactivating the antivirus and the firewall during the update.

Yes you must deactivate any running antivirus BEFORE you attempt update.

Are you sure that your tab or whatever is compatiable with that kies. I have an s3 neo and I cant use one of the kies
