Help Kies won't recognise new S2

I've had to get my S2 replaced, so I've backed it up to Kies, however I got the new S2 that's a refurrbished model it won't recognise it in Kies.

I thought that was faulty but have had 3 replacements, and all of them won't show up in Kies, but my oringial did.

Any ideas?

Crazy as it may sound, changing the USB port that you are using on your PC can sometimes help.
