Help Kies

I'm starting to get really angry with Kies. Every time I open it I get a message saying "Application has generated an exception that could not be handled" - I've tried what Samsung recommend on their troubleshooting guide, no luck. I've tried multiple re-installs. I've tried wiping all previous data of Kies and installing, still nothing, and I've also tried installing earlier versions of Kies to no avail, so I'm really starting to lose faith, any solution greatly appreciated, I really am pulling my hair out right now.

stop using kies for anything, it really is a bad piece of software. wat are u tryign to do with it? there's a good alternative for everything that kies can do
